The UltraSpec™ Series Dual Temp Refrigerated and Heated Cabinet is a pass-thru, two-section unit with self-contained refrigeration. Each section has a capacity of 25.6 cu. ft. The cabinet features eight half-height hinged doors, with three silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves in each warmer section and three silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves in each refrigerator section. The exterior and interior are made of stainless steel, and the cabinet has a standard depth. The wide half-height doors are easy to access. The TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicators allow for precise temperature adjustments. The compressor is top-mounted, and the unit uses R-290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The refrigerator section has a 1/3 HP compressor. The unit is cULus, UL-EPH Classified, UL-Sanitation certified, and it is proudly made in the USA.
