The High Volume Vegetable Slicer/Shredder with Drive Unit is a table model with a steel housing and stainless steel cover. It includes a 9" vegetable slicer attachment and a plate holder with a 5/16" shredder plate. The slicer/shredder has a 1 HP motor and runs attachments at 700 RPM. It has a #12 Power Take-Off (PTO) hub and is designed for high volume vegetable slicing and shredding. The on/off switch has a removable operator key to prevent unauthorized operation. The slicer/shredder comes with a vegetable slicer/shredder housing, "S" knife, hub and shaft, and a 5/16" shredding plate. It is not suitable for shredding cheese. The standard accessories include an "S" knife, hub and shaft, VS2000 power unit, 5/16" shredding plate, and vegetable slicer/shredder housing. Optional accessories include a 1/2" grind plate, 1/2" shredding plate, 3/32" shredding plate, 3/16" shredding plate, and 5/16" shredding plate. The VS2000 vegetable slicer/shredder carries a one-year, on-site parts and labor warranty. This warranty covers any flaws in materials and workmanship and is in effect for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage incurred in transit or from installation error, accident, alteration, or misuse.
