The Prep-Mate™ Power Drive Unit is a heavy-duty, table model with a 1 HP motor that runs attachments at 250rpm. It features an enamel finish and a 1" wide Poly-V belt system. The unit comes with a 5" deep prep container and cover, and it is compatible with VS9H, VS9, or MFC12 attachments. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 11.5 amps and has a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF certified for commercial use in cutters and shredders. The on/off switch of the Prep-Mate™ Power Drive Unit has a removable operator key to prevent unauthorized operation. The power base can drive any accessories made for the #12 power take off (PTO) hub. The PM91G model has extended legs to accommodate a larger prep container. The standard accessories included with the unit are a 5" deep prep container with cover. Optional accessories available for purchase include the S-1B stand, plastic cover, VS9 vegetable slicer attachment, ALMFC12 meat and food grinder, and VS9H grater/shredder attachment. The Prepmate units come with a 1-year on-site parts and labor warranty. This warranty covers any flaws in materials and workmanship and is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, provided the unit is used according to the instructions. Warranty work must be performed between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday, and Univex will not cover overtime charges for work performed outside of these hours. Damage caused during transit, installation error, accident, alteration, or misuse is not covered. Univex is not liable for any consequential compensatory, incidental, or special damages.
