The standard features of this mixer include a 3 hp capacitor start motor, a #12 Power Take-Off (PTO) hub, a heavy-duty stainless steel bowl, and hardened alloy gears in the transmission. It also allows for changing speeds without stopping the mixer and has a two-piece, stainless steel safety guard that is dishwasher safe. The mixer has a variable speed drive with 4 fixed speeds or the ability to choose any speed in-between. It has a durable NSF approved hybrid epoxy/polyester powder coat finish and low voltage protection to prevent accidental start up after a power failure. Interlock switches are in place to protect the operator from injury if the safety guard is open or the bowl is lowered. The standard accessories that come with the mixer include a dough hook, a bowl scraper, a power bowl lift, a 15 minute timer, an ingredient chute, and a 60 qt. stainless steel bowl.
