The Univex SRM60+ Food Mixer is a free-standing floor model with a capacity of 60 Qts. It comes with four standard attachments: a batter beater, bowl scraper, wire whip, and dough hook. The mixer is powered by a 3 HP motor, which allows for infinitely variable mixing speeds between 119 RPM and 498 RPM. Additionally, there are four indexed speeds for consistent mixing.
For added convenience, the mixer can be equipped with attachments such as the Univex VS9 Vegetable Slicer Attachment through its #12 PTO hub. The PTO speed is also infinitely variable, ranging from 93 RPM to 390 RPM. The mixer's transmission is designed for commercial use and features hardened alloy gears.
To facilitate operation, the mixer is equipped with a power bowl lift and a 15-minute timer. Safety is ensured with the SwingRing safety guard, which includes interlock switches that automatically stop the machine when the guard is opened. The safety guard is easy to remove for cleaning and is dishwasher safe.
The mixer comes with a standard hybrid epoxy/polyester powder coat finish in metallic silver. However, it can be ordered in various other finishes for customization. All finishes provided by Univex have been tested and approved by the NSF.
By default, the mixer is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph at 16.8 amps. However, it can be ordered in seven other configurations to suit different power requirements.
The Univex SRM60+ Food Mixer is made in the USA and is certified by the National Sanitation Foundation and the Electrical Testing Laboratory.
