The Univex SRM40+ Food Mixer is a 40-qt floor model that comes with four attachments: a wire whip, bowl scraper, dough hook, and batter beater. It features a 1 HP motor with four indexed speeds and a continuously variable speed control between 99 RPM and 402 RPM. The mixer also has a #12 PTO hub for attaching additional equipment and a fully variable PTO speed between 56 RPM and 231 RPM. A 15-minute timer ensures proper mixing time. The SwingRing safety guard prevents accidents and is easy to remove for cleaning. The mixer comes in a metallic silver finish but can be ordered in different colors.
