The Univex SBDR22 Bun Divider/Rounder is a semi-automatic machine that can press, cut, and shape buns in a single work cycle. It has the capacity to produce 22 portions weighing between 1.7 oz to 6.3 oz at a time, with an output of 2,600 pieces per hour. Using the Dough Dividers / Rounders is a straightforward process. First, a weighed piece of dough is placed onto a 22 division tray (3 trays are included) and pressed. The tray is then securely locked in place on the forming table. The pressure handle is lowered halfway to compress the dough, and then the dividing handle is activated while the pressure handle is lowered completely. The divided dough is then shaped by lowering the forming handle. The machine will continue to shape the pieces until the forming handle is released. The exterior of the machine is constructed with durable painted steel, ensuring its longevity in an industrial environment. It has dimensions of 26-½" in width, 79-?" in height (including the pressure handle), and 22-¼" front-to-back. The machine can be leveled using the easy-to-use leveling feet.
