The reach-in cabinets have stainless steel shelves to separate items and LED interior lighting for clear visibility. The interior temperature is maintained between 33°F and 39°F to ensure food preservation, and fans inside each cabinet distribute cold air evenly. The cold bunkers are kept below 41°F to meet NSF requirements and maintain ingredient freshness. The unit uses a ¼ HP compressor with eco-friendly hydrocarbon-based R-290 refrigerant for cooling, and it includes a self-cleaning condenser to maximize efficiency. The prep table operates on standard 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with a 9-foot power cable and 4" swivel casters for easy mobility.
