The TIDC-91W-N Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet is the largest model offered by Turbo Air. It has enough space to display 16 standard 3-gallon ice cream tubs and store an additional 12. The ice cream is kept at the ideal serving temperature between -10°F and 8°F to ensure the best texture. The Cold Wall System used by Turbo Air prevents the ice cream from being partially melted at the top and completely frozen at the bottom, resulting in consistent texture throughout. The cabinet is equipped with PE coated removable magnetic frost shields, making it easy to remove frost buildup.

The curved glass front provides excellent visibility of the ice cream flavors, allowing customers to easily see all the options available. The interior is evenly lit with bright LED lighting that does not require replacement or maintenance for many years. The refrigeration unit beneath the cabinet efficiently cools the cabinet and requires minimal maintenance, thanks to its condenser pin gaps with an electrodeposition coating. Turbo Air claims that the condenser can go 5 years without cleaning, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

This Commercial Dipping Cabinet operates on standard 115v/60/1-ph electrical power and draws 6.9 amps. It features manual defrost, extra storage space, LED lighting for the interior canopy, a 5-year cleaning-free condenser, hydrocarbon refrigerants, sturdy stainless steel shelves, and standard plastic night covers for the case opening. The cabinet maintains a temperature range of -10°F to 8°F for optimal ice cream preservation. It also has a contemporary design with a curved glass front and top, and comes in white or lime color options. It is recommended to operate the cabinet in air conditioned environments with temperatures and humidity below 75°F and 55% relative humidity, away from direct sunlight, rapid air movement, and extreme temperature changes.
