The Super Deluxe Extended Top Chef Base Refrigerator has a capacity of 16.04 cu. ft. It features a side mounted self-contained refrigeration system and a self-cleaning condenser device. The refrigerator has four durable drawers with recessed handles, which can accommodate pans up to 6" deep. Each drawer on the left side can hold three full-size pans, while each drawer on the right side can hold two full-size pans (pans not included). The top of the refrigerator is made of 16 ga. stainless steel and is reinforced and insulated. The front and sides of the refrigerator are also made of stainless steel. It has a digital temperature display and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The refrigerator is powered by a 1/3 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 6.2 amps. It is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation for commercial use.
