The PRO Series Refrigerated Chef Base is a one-section unit with a width of 48 inches. It has a capacity of 6.83 cubic feet and features two stainless steel drawers. Each drawer can accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep and can hold two full-size pans (pans not included). The chef base also includes a digital temperature display, a stainless steel top, and a full marine drip guard edge. It has a front-breathing design and a self-cleaning condenser with a hot gas condensate system. The refrigeration system is side-mounted and self-contained, using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The chef base is powered by a 1/4 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 3.2 amps. It is certified by ETL-Sanitation and cETLus for commercial use.
