The Radiance Wok Range is a gas-powered cooking range that measures 17-7/8"W x 20-3/4"D x 34-1/8"H. It features a duck burner and a 16" opening. The front and sides are made of stainless steel, providing durability and a sleek appearance. The wok top is also made of stainless steel and is welded for added strength. The burner is designed to prevent clogging and has a high heat output of 125,000 BTU. The range is equipped with a continuous pilot for instant ignition. It comes with 12" heavy duty legs for stability. The range is CSA and CSA-Sanitation certified. Additional restaurant equipment, cooking equipment, and commercial ranges are also available.
