The Radiance Wok Range is a gas-powered cooking range that measures 17-7/8"W x 20-3/4"D x 34-1/8"H. It features a jet burner and a 16" opening, making it suitable for wok cooking. The front and sides of the range are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The wok top is also made of stainless steel and is welded for added strength. The burner is designed to prevent clogging and has a high heat output of 125,000 BTU. The range is equipped with a continuous pilot for instant ignition. It comes with 12" heavy-duty legs for stability. The range is CSA and CSA-Sanitation certified. Additional restaurant equipment, cooking equipment, and commercial ranges are also available.
