The Radiance Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 36 inches in width. It features four open burners with a BTU rating of 32,000 each, as well as a 12-inch griddle on the right side. The range also includes a standard oven with one rack and a pull-out stainless steel door for easy cleaning. The front, sides, and back riser lift-off high shelf are made of stainless steel, and the oven interior is fully stainless steel as well. The oven thermostat is adjustable, allowing for temperatures ranging from 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The range comes with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, and a regulator is included. It has a total BTU rating of 185,000 and is CSA certified for safety and sanitation. Optional accessories include casters, stainless steel oven racks, and a holder set for the oven kick plate.
