The Radiance Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 36 inches in width. It features two 32,000 BTU open burners and a 24-inch griddle on the left side. The range also includes a standard oven with one rack. The front, sides, and back riser lift-off high shelf are made of stainless steel, as is the full stainless steel oven interior. The oven thermostat is adjustable, allowing for temperatures from 250-550ºF degrees. The range comes with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs and a regulator. It has a total BTU rating of 136,000 and is CSA certified for safety and sanitation. Additional accessories such as casters and stainless steel oven racks are available.
