The Radiance Heavy Duty Range is a natural gas range with a 36" size. It features a thermostatically controlled griddle that provides faster cooking and recovery using less gas. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, and back riser lift-off high shelf for durability and easy cleaning. The oven interior is also made of stainless steel and has a standard depth of 26.3". It includes a crumb tray and a fully adjustable oven thermostat that can provide temperatures from 250°F to 550°F. The range has a total BTU of 94,000 and comes with 6" stainless steel legs. It is CSA certified for safety and sanitation in both the USA and Canada, with certifications including CSA Flame, CSA Star, and CSA-Sanitation. Optional accessories for the range include casters, stainless steel oven racks, and a holder set for the oven kick plate.
