The Radiance Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler that is 48" wide. It features a 16 ga. stainless steel front plate and wrap, as well as heavy duty cast iron radiant and grate. The charbroiler has 8 burners with manual controls and a removable grease pan. It also has a bullnose stainless steel front extension and a heat resistant on-off knob. The charbroiler comes with 2" stainless steel standard legs and a regulator. It has a total of 120,000 BTU and is CSA and CSA-Sanitation certified. Some of its standard features include heavy duty cast-iron radiant, 2" stainless steel legs, removable full width grease pan, welded heat box and radiant bracket, adjustable standing pilot for each burner, reversible 3 bar cast-iron grate with grease runner, 15,000 BTU/hr stainless steel straight burners for every 6" of broiler width, and an ergonomically designed heat resistant PPS On-Off knob. Optional features include 4" stainless steel legs.
