The Radiance Charbroiler is a countertop gas charbroiler that is 36" wide. It features a 16 ga. stainless steel front plate and wrap, as well as heavy duty cast iron radiant and grates. The charbroiler has 6 burners with manual controls and a removable grease pan. It also has a bullnose stainless steel front extension, heat resistant on-off knob, and 2" stainless steel standard legs. The charbroiler comes with a regulator and has a total of 90,000 BTU. It is CSA and CSA-Sanitation certified. Some of the standard features of the Radiance Charbroiler include heavy duty cast-iron radiant, 2" stainless steel legs, a removable full width grease pan, a welded heat box and radiant bracket, and an adjustable standing pilot for each burner. It also has the option for 4" stainless steel legs. The charbroiler is made with stainless steel front, sides, and a 4" front top ledge. It has a ¾" rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator. The charbroiler comes with a reversible 3 bar cast-iron grate with a grease runner. Each 6" of broiler width is equipped with a 15,000 BTU/hr stainless steel straight burner. The charbroiler also has an ergonomically designed heat resistant PPS On-Off knob.
