The PRO Series Sandwich/Salad Unit is a two-section unit with a rear mount self-contained compressor. It has a capacity of 12.0 cu.ft. and features a 12-pan top opening with a hood. The unit also includes four drawers and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail. It is equipped with a digital temperature control and monitor system, as well as a cold bunker system. The interior and exterior of the unit are made of stainless steel, with a galvanized bottom. The self-cleaning condenser ensures easy maintenance. The unit uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/5 HP compressor. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with 6.5 amps and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
