It has a capacity of 15.0 cu. ft. and features an 18-pan top opening. The table has two solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner. It also includes two stainless steel shelves and a 6-1/4" deep cutting board with a side rail. The table is equipped with a digital temperature control and monitor system, as well as a cold bunker system. It has a stainless steel interior and exterior, with a galvanized bottom. The interior is illuminated with LED lighting and has a fan control. The table also has a self-cleaning condenser and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant.
