It has a capacity of 15.0 cu. ft. and features an 18-pan top opening with a hood. The table also includes two solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner. It comes with two stainless steel shelves and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail. The table is equipped with a digital temperature control and monitor system, as well as a cold bunker system. It has a stainless steel interior and exterior, with a galvanized bottom.
