The PRO Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a two-section prep table with dual sided lids. It features a rear mount compressor and a self-contained system. With a capacity of 23.0 cu. ft., it has a 30-pan top opening with two dual sided lids and two hoods. The table also has two solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner. It comes with two stainless steel shelves and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail. The table has a digital temperature control and monitor system, as well as a cold bunker system. Its interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, with a galvanized bottom. The table also has LED interior lighting and fan control, as well as a self-cleaning condenser. It uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 3/8 HP compressor. The table operates on 115v/60/1-ph and consumes 9.9 amps. It is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, and is made in the USA.
