The PRO Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a two-section table with a rear mount compressor and a self-contained system. It has a capacity of 15.0 cu. ft. and features an 18-pan top opening with a hood. The table also has two solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner. It comes with two stainless steel shelves and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail. The table has a digital temperature control and monitor system, as well as a cold bunker system. It has a stainless steel interior and exterior, with a galvanized bottom. The table also features LED interior lighting and fan control, as well as a self-cleaning condenser. It uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/5 HP compressor. The table operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with 6.5 amps and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
