The Turbo-Air MST-60-24-N Mega Top Table is built with robust stainless steel for the exterior front, sides, and top, as well as aluminum for the interior sides and back. This heavy-duty construction ensures that the unit lasts long in the high-pressure environment of a foodservice establishment's kitchen. The interior floor is also made of stainless steel to prevent rust and holes from forming. The unit has two stainless swing doors with easy-grip handles that effortlessly open for easy access to its contents. Optional locks can be included for an extra fee if you want to restrict access to your refrigerated items. The stainless steel worktop includes 24 food pans, each measuring 4" deep. All food pans are isolated from the cold air compartment to prevent spillage. You can prepare ingredients on the worktop's 9 ½"-deep polyethylene cutting board right before they go into the food pans. Once ingredients are ready, they are covered by a cold air shield generated by the unit's cold bunker system, which keeps the food pans at a temperature of 41°F and below. Each of the two pan covers are insulated to keep cold air inside when closed. Optional removable covers for each food pan and an overhead double shelf are available for an additional charge. Below the worktop is a generously spaced cold air compartment for storing extra ingredients.
