The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 72" wide. It comes with a low profile flat cover and can hold up to 24 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and doors, with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The back of the refrigerator is also stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The exterior back and bottom are galvanized. The refrigerator is rear mounted and self-contained, with a 1/4 HP refrigeration system. It comes with six 4" casters for easy mobility. The refrigerator is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug attached, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five year compressor warranty, and a three year parts and labor warranty. It also has anodized aluminum interior door liners, uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, and has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The refrigerator comes with a reversible, full length white nylon cutting board and a stainless steel insulated pan lid with two open positions. It also has a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans leveled.
The refrigerator meets the NSF 7 Standard and is designed to be front breathing, allowing for "zero-clearance" installation. This means it can be placed right up against the back wall and alongside other kitchen equipment, saving valuable floor space. The top of the refrigerator has cut-outs to accommodate sixth size pans, and it comes with divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans. The standard work height is 36-1/4", but there are optional accessory kits available for lower height casters to meet ADA requirements or provide lower work heights.
Optional accessory kits include additional shelves for different models, upper and lower shelves for specific models, and different sets of casters for different models. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
The refrigerator is constructed with 22 gauge stainless steel for the exterior front, sides, pan lid, and doors. The cabinet interior and door liners are made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The doors are self-closing and have a stay open feature
