The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 48" wide. It has a low-profile flat lid and can hold up to 18 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The refrigerator features two stainless steel doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket, both hinged on the left side. The top, sides, and back of the refrigerator are made of stainless steel, while the bottom is galvanized. The interior is made of anodized aluminum and includes four shelves. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and is equipped with four 4" casters for easy mobility. It has a 1/4 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, and magnetic snap-in door gaskets. It also comes with a five year compressor warranty and a three year parts and labor warranty. The interior door liners are made of anodized aluminum and the refrigerator uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. It has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator and a reversible, full length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a high quality stainless steel exterior.
Additional features include a stainless steel insulated pan lid with two open positions, a reinforced pan ledge, and two powder coated steel shelves per door. The refrigerator also meets NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans. It comes with top cut-outs that can accommodate sixth size pans, and divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans are provided. The standard work height is 36-1/4", but optional accessory kits are available for lower height casters to meet ADA requirements or provide lower work heights.
Optional accessory kits include additional shelves for different models, upper and lower shelves for 48", 60", and 72" models, and different sets of casters for different models. All optional accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
Factory installed options include other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
