The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 48" wide. It has a low-profile flat lid and can hold up to 18 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The refrigerator features two stainless steel doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket, both hinged on the right side. The top, sides, and back of the refrigerator are made of stainless steel, while the bottom is galvanized. The interior is made of anodized aluminum and includes four shelves. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and is equipped with four 4" casters. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified. Some of the standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, and magnetic snap-in door gaskets. It also comes with a five year compressor warranty and a three year parts and labor warranty. The interior door liners are made of anodized aluminum and the refrigerator uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. It has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator and a reversible, full length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a stainless steel insulated pan lid with two open positions. It also comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable legs. Optional accessory kits are available for the refrigerator, including additional shelves and upper and lower shelves for different models. There are also different caster sets available for different models. All optional accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation. The refrigerator is constructed with 22 gauge stainless steel for the front, sides, pan lid, and doors. The interior and door liners are made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The doors are self-closing and have a stay open feature at 105 degrees. The vinyl magnetic door gasket ensures a tight seal. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane.
