The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 48" wide. It comes with a low-profile flat cover and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). It can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and door, which has a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, and the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and comes with four 4" casters. It has a 1/4 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified. Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, and magnetic snap-in door gaskets. It also comes with a five year compressor warranty and a three year parts and labor warranty. The interior of the refrigerator has anodized aluminum interior door liners and a reversible, full length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system and a stainless steel insulated pan lid with two open positions. It also has a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans in place. The refrigerator meets NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans, which is a Traulsen exclusive feature. It has top cut-outs that can accommodate sixth size pans, and it comes with divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans. The standard work height of the refrigerator is 36-1/4", but there are optional accessory kits available to provide lower work heights or meet ADA requirements. There are also optional accessory kits available for additional shelves and different caster heights. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation. The refrigerator also offers factory installed options for other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back. The construction of the refrigerator includes a 22 gauge stainless steel exterior front, sides, pan lid, and doors. The cabinet interior and door liners are made of anodized aluminum, and the exterior cabinet back and bottom are made of galvanized steel.
