The Centerline™ Compact Sandwich Prep Table is a three-section table with a width of 72". It features self-contained rear-mount refrigeration and has a capacity for 20 1/6 pans (pans not included). The table has three right hinged doors and a 12" deep removable cutting board with a roll top lid. It also has an electronic control with LED display. Each section of the table has two epoxy coated shelves. The exterior is made of stainless steel and the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The table is equipped with six casters for easy mobility. It uses R450A refrigerant and has a 1/4 HP motor. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with 5.0 amps and has a NEMA 5-15P plug.
