It features a low profile flat cover, two drawers, and a one-section design. The top rail can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, and the drawers can hold up to 8 1/6 pans per drawer. Both the top rail and drawers can accommodate pans up to 6" deep.
The refrigerator has a stainless steel exterior top, sides, and drawers, with an anodized aluminum interior. The back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. It has rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and comes with four 4" casters for easy mobility. The unit is powered by a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
