The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 72" wide. It can hold up to 30 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and doors, with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The back of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The refrigerator is rear mounted and self-contained, with a 1/5 HP motor. It comes with six 4" casters for easy mobility. The refrigerator is cULus and NSF certified.
The Traulsen sandwich prep table is a high-performance and durable alternative to other prep tables on the market. It meets the NSF 7 Standard and can even accommodate 6" deep pans. It has a front-breathing design, allowing for "zero-clearance" installation, saving valuable floor space.
The refrigerator comes with metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, and an interior-mounted thermometer. It also has magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. The interior features anodized aluminum door liners, and the refrigerator uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. It has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator and a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans level.
The refrigerator comes with a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board and a removable stainless steel insulated pan cover and pivoting front lid. It also has two powder-coated steel shelves per door, mounted on adjustable pilasters. The self-closing stainless steel doors have a convenient stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The refrigerator provides NSF Standard 7 performance, even with 6" deep pans.
Optional accessory kits are available for additional shelves, upper and lower shelves for specific models, and different height casters. These accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
The refrigerator is constructed with a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior, and galvanized steel back and bottom. The doors are easily removable for cleaning and have a vinyl magnetic door gasket for a tight seal. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
