The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 72" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 12 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and doors, with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The back of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The refrigerator has rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and comes with six 4" casters. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug attached, an interior-mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, a three-year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, a reinforced pan ledge, a reversible full-length white nylon cutting board, and a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system.
Optional accessory kits are available for additional shelves, upper and lower shelves for specific models, and different height casters. Factory installed options include other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes stainless steel exterior front, sides, pan cover, lid, and doors, anodized aluminum interior and door liners, and galvanized steel exterior back and bottom. The doors are self-closing and have a stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. A 3/4" thick, full-length, reversible white nylon cutting board is included.
The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The pan cover and lid are made of stainless steel and are removable for cleaning.
