The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a versatile and efficient option for commercial kitchens. It features a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf, two drawers, and a one-section design. The top rail can hold up to nine 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, and the drawers can accommodate six 1/6 pans per drawer (pans not included). The top rail and drawers can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep.
The refrigerator is made with a stainless steel exterior top, sides, and drawers, and an anodized aluminum interior. The back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. It has a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system and comes with four 4" casters for easy mobility. The unit is powered by a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Standard features of the refrigerator include an interior mounted thermometer, a five-year compressor warranty, magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets, a three-year parts and labor warranty, and the use of environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. The drawers are self-closing with a stay-open feature, and they have a full-length handle with a gasket guard. The refrigerator also has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator and a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board.
The refrigerator is designed to be front breathing, allowing for "zero-clearance" installation. This means it can be placed right up against the backwall and alongside other kitchen equipment, saving valuable floor space. It also has a reinforced top pan ledge to securely hold pans level.
Optional accessory kits are available for different caster heights and configurations. The refrigerator also has the option for a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior, and galvanized steel back and bottom. It is insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The unit comes with a 3/4" thick, full-length, reversible white nylon cutting board.
The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The pan cover and lid are made of stainless steel and are easily removable for cleaning.
