The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 48" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 8 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The refrigerator features two stainless steel doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket, both hinged on the left side. The top, sides, and back of the refrigerator are made of stainless steel, while the bottom is galvanized. The interior is made of anodized aluminum and comes with four shelves. The refrigerator has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and is equipped with four 4" casters for easy mobility. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, a three-year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, a reinforced pan ledge, a reversible full-length white nylon cutting board, and a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system.
Optional accessory kits are available for additional shelves, upper and lower shelves, and different height casters. The refrigerator also offers factory installed options such as different door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior, and galvanized steel back and bottom. The doors are self-closing and have a stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The refrigeration system is rear-mounted and front-breathing, using R-134a refrigerant. The interior includes two powder coated wire shelves per door, mounted on pilasters. The refrigerator comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and a five-year compressor warranty.
