It features a self-contained holding refrigeration system and can hold one 72" high rack. The chiller is hinged on the right side and is cULus and NSF certified. The chiller comes with three removable food probes and timers for easy multibatching. There are several options and accessories available for this blast chiller, including right or left-hand door hinging, a correctional facility package, a stainless steel finished back, and a roll-in rack that can hold 26 pans. Other options include a floor-mounted condensate evaporator, an on-board label printer, and a water-cooled self-contained condenser. The refrigeration system of this blast chiller uses dual high-capacity systems with R-404A refrigerant. It features an advanced air circulation system, a thermostatic expansion valve metering device, and a large, high humidity evaporator coil. The chiller requires a separate remote condensing unit for blast chill operation. The interior of the chiller can accommodate one or two 72" high roll-in racks, depending on the model. The racks are not included but can be purchased separately. The blast chill operation of this chiller allows for rapid product chilling without freezing. It has adjustable target temperatures between 40 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit. The control system monitors cycle operation and records all data required for HACCP compliance. The chiller comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty on all components and the cabinet, as well as an additional two-year parts warranty on the compressor(s).
