The Spec-Line Reach-In Commercial Blast Chiller with EPICON Control is a high-quality commercial refrigerator designed for rapid chilling of food products. It has a capacity to hold 13 levels of (13) 18"x26" pans or (26) 12"x20"x2" pans. The chiller can chill between 75 to 150 pounds of food, with the exact capacity to be determined. It features a dual self-contained refrigeration system and is made of stainless steel both on the interior and exterior. The chiller has a hinged right door, 6" legs, and two printers. It is cULus and NSF certified. The chiller comes with several standard features including an on-board cycle data printer, Epicon touch screen control, stainless steel worktop, three-year parts and labor warranty, self-closing and stay-open door feature, magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gaskets, and stainless steel construction. It also includes a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs and a two-year additional compressor parts warranty. The door is rehingeable and comes with a cylinder lock. The chiller has a guaranteed-for-life metal door handle and cam-lift hinges. It also has a USB port for downloading cycle data and software updates. After each chill or freeze cycle, the chiller automatically enters maintenance mode. The chiller is available in two models: TBC5 and TBC13. The TBC5 can accommodate five 18"x26" sheet pans or ten 12"x20"x2-1/2" deep food pans. The TBC13 can accommodate thirteen 18"x26" sheet pans or twenty-six 12"x20" food pans. Both models come with three removable food probes and three food timers for easy multibatching. The chiller is equipped with an exclusive Epicon control that allows for easy operation. It can display temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius and has a 90-day cycle data memory. The control allows for adjustable target temperatures and times, advanced data management and defrost, and two easy ways to operate: AUTO and MANUAL. The AUTO mode enables hands-free cycle start, while the MANUAL mode allows for chilling by time, temperature, or recipe. The control also offers four chilling settings: SPEED, ENERGY, STANDARD, and DELICATE.
