The Spec-Line Reach-In Commercial Blast Chiller with EPICON Control is a high-quality commercial refrigerator designed for rapid chilling of food products. It has a capacity to hold 13 levels of (13) 18"x26" pans or (26) 12"x20"x2" pans. The chiller can chill between 75 to 150 pounds of food, with the exact capacity to be determined. It features a dual self-contained refrigeration system and is made of stainless steel both on the interior and exterior. The chiller has a hinged left door, 6" legs, and two printers. It is cULus and NSF certified. The chiller comes with several standard features including an on-board cycle data printer, Epicon touch screen control, stainless steel worktop (TBC5 model), a three-year parts and labor warranty, self-closing and stay-open door feature, magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gaskets, and stainless steel construction. It also includes a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs and an additional two-year compressor parts warranty. The door is rehingeable and comes with a cylinder lock.
