The BLU Glycol Commercial Pizza Prep Table is a 91" long table with three doors that are hinged on the left, right, and right sides. It features a 2" stainless steel raised pan chiller that can accommodate up to 26 1/6 size pans. The table also includes a 14" white poly cutting board and a lift-off night cover. The front, ends, and interior of the table are made of stainless steel, while the back and bottom are galvanized. Each section of the table comes with two wire shelves, and there are anodized T6 aluminum horizontal divider bars. The refrigeration system is self-contained and located on the right side of the table. It also has a non-electric drain pan. The table is equipped with 6" casters and has a 1/2 HP motor.
