The BLU Glycol Commercial Pizza Prep Table is a 113" long table with (4) doors that are hinged on the left and right sides. It features a 2" stainless steel raised pan chiller that can hold up to (32) 1/6 size pans. The table also includes a 14" white poly cutting board and a lift-off night cover. The front, ends, and interior of the table are made of stainless steel, while the back and bottom are galvanized. Each section of the table comes with (2) wire shelves and anodized T6 aluminum horizontal divider bars. The refrigeration system is self-contained and located on the right side of the table. It also includes a non-electric drain pan. The table is equipped with 6" casters for easy mobility. The BLU Glycol Commercial Pizza Prep Table is powered by a 1/2 HP motor and is cETLus and NSF certified.
