The Spec-Line One-Section Roll-In Freezer is a self-contained refrigeration unit with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and full-height doors, designed to accommodate 66" high racks. The freezer is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls, a 1/2 hp compressor, and a range of high-quality features.
Some of the standard features include a biased return air duct, a 9' cord and plug, stainless steel breaker caps, a five-year compressor warranty, a scroll blower type evaporator fan, and gasket-protecting metal door liner. The freezer also has guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, a three-year parts and labor warranty, and a stainless steel exterior and interior.
Additional features include magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gaskets, automatically activated incandescent lights, a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly, full-length stainless steel doors with locks, and a thermostatic expansion valve metering device. The freezer also has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, an INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, and controllable anti-condensate door perimeter heaters.
Other features include stainless steel interior rack guides and threshold ramps, guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles, self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees, and a balanced, self-contained refrigeration system using R-404A refrigerant. The freezer can accommodate roll-in racks up to 66" high and has various door hinging options available.
There are also several options and accessories available for the freezer, such as recessed installation, export voltage options, re-hinging features for the doors, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, additional wire shelves or stainless steel shelves, and options for prison/correctional facilities. Other options include locking hasps, a stainless steel finished back with rear louvers, remote monitoring and applications, and a water-cooled self-contained condenser suitable for connection to glycol.
The construction of the freezer includes a stainless steel exterior, one-piece sides, louver assembly, and doors with a #4 finish. The cabinet interior and door liners are also constructed of stainless steel. The exterior cabinet top, back, and bottom are made of heavy-gauge aluminized steel, while the interior floor is stainless steel and insulated with 3/4" of resilient cork.
