The Spec-Line One-Section Roll-in Freezer is a self-contained refrigeration unit with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and full-height doors, designed to accommodate 72" high racks. The freezer is equipped with the INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor control system and a 1/2 hp compressor.
Standard features of the freezer include a biased return air duct, a 9' cord and plug, stainless steel breaker caps, a five-year compressor warranty, a scroll blower type evaporator fan, a gasket-protecting metal door liner, guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges, a three-year parts and labor warranty, a stainless steel exterior and interior, magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gaskets, a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly, automatically activated incandescent lights, full-length stainless steel doors with locks, a thermostatic expansion valve metering device, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, and controllable anti-condensate door perimeter heaters.
Additional features include stainless steel interior rack guides and threshold ramps, guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles, self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees, and a balanced, self-contained refrigeration system using R-404A refrigerant. The freezer can accommodate roll-in racks up to 72" high and is available with different door hinging options.
Optional accessories for the freezer include recessed installation, export 220/50/1 voltage, re-hinging feature for doors, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, additional wire shelves, prison/correctional facilities options, additional stainless steel shelves, locking hasps, a stainless steel finished back with rear louvers, remote monitoring, remote applications, a water cooled self-contained condenser suitable for connection to glycol, a wire shelf package for roll-in models, and a stainless steel shelf package for roll-in models.
The construction of the freezer includes a stainless steel exterior, one-piece sides, louver assembly, and doors, with a #4 finish. The cabinet interior and door liners are also constructed of stainless steel. The exterior cabinet top, back, and bottom are made of heavy-gauge aluminized steel, while the interior floor is stainless steel and insulated with 3/4" of cork. The doors are equipped with a heavy-duty wiper gasket, removable plug cylinder locks, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges
