The Spec-Line Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a two-section cabinet made with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth and comes with a full-height door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. Each section has three chrome plated adjustable shelves. The cabinet is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. It is NSF and UL rated.
The cabinet features Traulsen's high-performance ducted fan air distribution system, which minimizes temperature stratification and reduces energy usage. It also has stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liner, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and is equipped with an ON/OFF switch located on the control face.
Other features include automatically activated incandescent lights, magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets, and a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature. The cabinet has a standard operating temperature range of 140 to 180°F. It comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs and guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles.
The cabinet is available in two series: R-Series with stainless steel exterior and interior, and A-Series with stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior. It comes with a set of three adjustable wire shelves per section, supported on pilasters. The cabinet has self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees and a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly at the front and rear.
Optional features and accessories include additional wire shelves, export 220/50/1 voltage, re-hinging feature for doors, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, and prison/correctional facilities options. Other options include an EZ-Open foot pedal, locking hasps, 115/60/1 voltage, casters in lieu of legs, stainless steel shelves in lieu of standard wire, and clear glass doors in place of solid doors.
The cabinet also offers options for tray slides, such as No. 1 type tray slides, No. 4 type tray slides, and universal type tray slides. It has a construction of 20-gauge stainless steel with a #4 finish for the exterior, and stainless steel or anodized aluminum for the interior.
