The Spec-Line Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a one-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth and features a half-height glass door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. Each section comes with three chrome plated adjustable shelves. The cabinet is equipped with INTELA-TRAUL™ microprocessor controls and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. It is NSF and UL certified.
The cabinet is built with a high-performance ducted fan air distribution system that minimizes temperature stratification and reduces energy usage. It has stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liner, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinet also has an ON/OFF switch located on the control face, automatically activated incandescent lights, and magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets.
The INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system is easy to operate and the cabinet comes with a 9' cord and plug attached. It has full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks and a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature. The standard operating temperature range is 140 to 180°F.
Additional features include guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles, stainless steel one-piece louver assembly at the front and rear, and self-closing doors with a stay-open feature at 120 degrees. The cabinet is available in R-Series (stainless steel exterior and interior) or A-Series (stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior).

The cabinet is constructed with 20-gauge stainless steel for the exterior, one-piece sides, louver assembly, and doors. The interior and door liners are also made of stainless steel (anodized aluminum in the A-Series). The cabinet top and bottom are made of heavy-gauge aluminized steel.
