The Spec-Line Heated Cabinet from Traulsen is a pass-thru cabinet with three sections, featuring a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior. It has a standard depth cabinet and comes with half-height doors that have Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. Each section is equipped with three clear coated adjustable shelves. The cabinet is controlled by a microprocessor and has 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. It is NSF and UL certified.

The Traulsen pass-thru hot food holding cabinets are built with a high-performance ducted fan air distribution system. This system minimizes temperature stratification inside the cabinet, resulting in quicker start-up, lower energy usage, and reduced service costs. The cabinets are made with stainless steel exteriors and are communications capable. They also feature stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liners, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges.
Other features of the cabinet include ON/OFF switch located on the control face, automatically activated incandescent lights, and INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system. The cabinet has a standard operating temperature range of 140 to 180°F and comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs. The doors are self-closing with a stay open feature at 120 degrees and have guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles. The cabinet also includes a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly at the front and rear.
The cabinet offers various options and accessories, such as additional wire shelves, export voltage options, re-hinging feature for doors, and Kool Klad exterior laminate decor. It also has options for prison/correctional facilities, EZ-Open foot pedal, locking hasps, and different voltage options. The cabinet can be equipped with casters instead of legs, a stainless steel base, stainless steel shelves, or clear glass doors.
