The Spec-Line Reach-In Holding Cabinet is a one-section cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and interior. It has a standard depth and can be equipped with a half-height glass door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. This cabinet is part of Traulsen's Top-of-the-Line product offering, known as the R & A Series.
The cabinet is designed to provide maximum interior storage capacity and comes with high-quality features such as easy-to-operate microprocessor controls, communication ability, and stainless steel exteriors. It also offers a wide range of optional accessories and can be specified for use in various applications, including foodservice, correctional facilities, institutional settings, and export.
