The Spec-Line Even-Thaw Reach-In Refrigerator is a two-section refrigerator with a capacity of 46.0 cu. ft. It has self-contained refrigeration and a stainless steel exterior and interior. The cabinet has a standard depth and narrow half-height doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. It also includes an exterior digital thermometer. The refrigerator has a 1/2 hp motor and is UL certified.

This refrigerator is specifically designed for thawing frozen food products under safe, temperature-controlled conditions. It can be used to thaw both full or partial loads of frozen food. It is not intended for use as a holding cabinet.
There are also various options and accessories available for this refrigerator, such as re-hinging feature, plated shelves to fit tray slides, 6" high stainless steel kick plate, decorative Kool Klad laminate decor, EZ-Open foot pedal (full height doors only), set of four 6" high casters in lieu of legs, 4-1/2" high stainless steel base in lieu of legs, stainless steel finished back with rear louvers, and set of four 4-5/8" high casters in lieu of legs.
The construction of the refrigerator includes heavy gauge stainless steel for the exterior, stainless steel for the interior and door liners, and heavy gauge aluminized steel for the cabinet top, back, and bottom. It also has adjustable stainless steel legs and doors with removable plug cylinder locks. The cabinet and door contain high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane insulation.
The refrigeration system is top-mounted and self-contained, using R-404A refrigerant. It features a plenum effect blower coil, high humidity evaporator coil located outside the food zone
