The R-Series "N-Width" reach-in Even Thaw Refrigerator is specifically designed for thawing frozen food products under safe and temperature-controlled conditions. It can be used to thaw both full or partial loads of frozen food. The cabinet is made of high-quality stainless steel, both on the exterior and interior. The doors are self-closing with a stay-open feature, and the refrigerator comes with stainless steel tray slides that can accommodate either one 18" x 26" pan or two 14" x 18" pans per pair of tray slides.
