The Dealer's Choice Hot Food Pass-Thru Holding Cabinet is a one-section cabinet with microprocessor control and full-height stainless steel doors. The control side door is hinged on the left, while the other side door is hinged on the right. The cabinet features anodized aluminum sides and interior, three plated shelves (factory installed), and 6" high casters. It is cUL and NSF certified. The ON/OFF switch is located on the control face, and the magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets make cleaning easy. The cabinet is equipped with four 6" high casters with locks for mobility. It also has a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly and automatically activated incandescent lights. The stainless steel breaker caps protect against damage, and the anodized aluminum door liner protects the gaskets. The cabinet comes with a 9' cord and plug attached (for one section models only). It has full or half-length stainless steel doors with locks and high-quality stainless steel exterior front and doors. The one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature allows for easy temperature control. The standard operating temperature range is 140 to 180°F. The horizontal work flow door handles are guaranteed for life, and the anodized aluminum sides are corrosion-resistant. The self-closing doors have a stay open feature at 120 degrees. Each section of the cabinet comes with three plated wire shelves supported on pilasters, which are installed at the factory. The cabinet features a microprocessor control with LED temperature readout and a ducted fan air distribution system.
