The Spec-Line Heated Cabinet by Traulsen is a two-section pass-thru cabinet designed for storing hot foods. It features a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior, with a standard depth cabinet. The cabinet has half-height doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets, allowing for easy loading and unloading from multiple workstations. It comes with three clear coated adjustable shelves per section and microprocessor controls. The cabinet stands on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs and is NSF, UL, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
Traulsen's pass-thru hot food holding cabinets are built with a high-performance ducted fan air distribution system. This system minimizes temperature stratification inside the cabinet, resulting in quicker start-up, lower energy usage, and reduced service costs. The cabinets also feature stainless steel breaker caps, gasket-protecting metal door liners, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. They come with an INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system, magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean door gaskets, and automatically activated incandescent lights.
The cabinets have a standard operating temperature range of 140 to 180°F and come with a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs. They have self-closing doors with a stay open feature at 120 degrees and guaranteed for life horizontal work flow door handles. The cabinets also include a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature and a stainless steel one-piece louver assembly at the front and rear.
Optional features and accessories for the cabinets include additional wire shelves, different voltage options, re-hinging feature for doors, Kool Klad exterior laminate decor, prison/correctional facilities options, EZ-Open foot pedal, locking hasps, casters instead of legs, stainless steel shelves instead of wire, clear glass doors, stainless steel kickplate, and different types of tray slides.
The cabinets are constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior (anodized aluminum in the A-Series). The exterior top and bottom are made of heavy gauge aluminized steel. The doors have a gasket protecting metal door pan, removable plug cylinder locks, and guaranteed for life cam-lift, gravity action, self-closing metal, glide hinges.
