The Spec-Line Heated Cabinet is a two-section reach-in cabinet designed for holding hot food. It features a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior. The cabinet has a standard depth and comes with a half-height glass door or doors with Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gaskets. It is equipped with microprocessor controls and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs. The cabinet is NSF and UL certified. Traulsen's reach-in hot food holding cabinets are built with a high-performance ducted fan air distribution system. This system minimizes temperature stratification inside the cabinet, resulting in quicker start-up, lower energy usage, and reduced service costs. The cabinets also come with stainless steel breaker caps, gasket protecting metal door liner, and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. They have an INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system and automatically activated incandescent lights. The cabinets have a temperature range of 135 to 180°F and come with three adjustable wire shelves per section. They have self-closing doors with a stay open feature at 120 degrees and a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature. The cabinets also have a set of four 6" high adjustable stainless steel legs and special heat resistant magnetic snap-in door gaskets. They come with a three-year parts and labor warranty. Optional accessories for the cabinets include additional wire shelves, locking hasps, stainless steel shelves, and clear glass doors. The cabinets can also be customized with different voltages, exterior laminates, and tray slides. They can be equipped with casters instead of legs and a stainless steel finished back with rear louvers. The cabinets are suitable for use in correctional facilities and come with a 9' cord and plug attached (for one section models only). The construction of the cabinets includes a stainless steel exterior and interior (anodized aluminum in the A-Series). The doors are equipped with removable plug cylinder locks and guaranteed for life cam-lift hinges. The cabinets and doors are insulated with 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane. The heating system uses a low watt density, serpentine style heater and includes a vent for humidity control. The cabinets are controlled by an INTELA-TRAUL® microprocessor control system with LED display and audio/visual alarms. The interior of the cabinets includes three wire shelves per section, mounted on pilasters. The Spec-Line Heated Cabinet comes with a three-year parts and labor
